Azalea - Hand dyed Yarn / Handdyed yarn, Sock Yarn, Wool Yarn - Pink to Dark Green Gradient - SW Merino / Nylon - Fingering Yarn 100g

from $14.00

This luxurious millspun yarn has been hand dyed with a gradient of a bright pink with subtle purple undertones to a light green, and then olive green. This is a tonal colorway, so there will be some lighter and darker hues in every color.

**Please note, with the way the yarn takes up the dye, the berry pink dye used in this colorway occasionally leaves a few tiny purple speckles in the pink section. It's not common or frequent, but every once in a while a skein will have a couple tiny speckles, and I want to make you aware.**

Yarn Content:

Alpaca Sock
60% Superwash Merino / 20% Super Fine Alpaca / 20% Nylon
437 yards / 100g skein

Classic Sock
75% Superwash Merino / 25% Nylon
460 yards / 100g skein

Classic Sock - 50g skein
75% Superwash Merino / 25% Nylon
231 yards / 50g skein
**Please note, if you're intending to make a pair of socks with full length cuffs, one 50g skein will not be enough. From personal experience, a pair of women's size 8 shorty socks will use about 40g of fingering weight yarn.**

High Twist BFL
80% Superwash Bluefaced Leicester Wool / 20% Nylon
400 yards / 100g skein

Each skein is hand dyed, and there may be slight differences between skeins and between dye batches. In order to minimize visual differences in your finished product, it is recommended that you order enough yarn for your project at one time. You may also alternate skeins every 2nd or 3rd row, but this is optional.

If you would like a larger quantity of yarn in this colorway from the same dye batch, or perhaps this colorway on a different yarn base, please contact me for a custom order and I’d be happy to work with you to meet your needs.

**I do my best to accurately display the colors used in my yarn. However, the colors may vary slightly from one computer screen to another depending on the settings.**

Care Instructions:
Although all yarns are rinsed after dyeing to remove any excess dyes, I still recommend washing your finished product separately the first time you wash it. Although this is superwash wool, which can be machine washed, it should not be put through the dryer; reshape your garment and lay flat to dry. Although handwashing is not required, doing so can extend the life of your garment.
