This luxurious Kid Silk yarn has been hand dyed a graham cracker or gingerbread brown with a little bit of red micro speckles. It was inspired by the gingerbread houses we would make every Thanksgiving. Please note, the kid silk fiber absorbed the dye differently from the Classic Sock, resulting in the color being a little more reddish brown instead of a mustardy ginger brown.

Each skein is hand dyed, and there may be slight differences between skeins and between dye batches. In order to minimize visual differences in your finished product, it is recommended that you order enough yarn for your project at one time. You may also alternate skeins every 2nd or 3rd row, but this is optional.

Hand-wash gently using cold water without twisting or ringing out the yarn or it will felt. Do not agitate the water or it will felt. Avoid dramatic changes in temperature or the yarn may felt. Reshape your garment and lay flat to dry.
