Weaving Pattern Place Holder, Weaving Tools
Do you get interrupted when you're weaving and lose your place? Or walk away to do something and then come back to find you don't remember where you left off? Or perhaps you get tired of craning your neck to the side to check your treadle notes and weaving draft to make sure you're in the right spot. I grew tired of these things myself, so I designed this weaving pattern and place holder to make weaving easier and more enjoyable.
This is designed to be strapped onto the castle of your table loom or floor loom. It comes with a long elastic strap and a clip so that you can properly fit it to your loom and then cut off the extra length. There is a slot where you can insert your treadle notes, weaving draft, or any notes that you need while weaving. When you need to pause or stop weaving for the day, move the knob to mark where you left off, or where you would like to pick up - it's your choice! I use each number to coordinate to a specific treadle on my floor loom, but you can also use the numbers to coordinate to a line number in your weaving pattern.
With an easy way to keep your notes and hold your place in the pattern, you can stop weaving when you need to and have less frustration or time lost when it's time to start again.
